FOR THE CHURCH OF ST MICHAEL AND ALL ANGELS IN BISHOP’S CLEEVE

ADOPTED BY THE PCC 18TH OCTOBER 2011

Our Mission

St Michael’s exists for people to discover the love of God, sharing life in His family as followers of Jesus.

We, with other Christians, endeavour to:

  • actively care for one another, for the community, for the wider world;
  • welcome everyone as Jesus welcomes us;
  • worship God in a variety of ways;
  • fight against injustice;
  • live according to the teachings of Jesus;
  • witness to God’s love wherever we are;
  • deepen our faith by exploring scripture and praying together;
  • develop partnerships in mission at home and abroad;
  • respect and nurture the planet and the whole of creation.
